Web accessibility
The European Accessibility Act has been in force since June 2025 and applies to e-commerce and digital services operating in the EU. Non-compliance can carry administrative sanctions; the exact figures applicable in Spain are still pending verification before we publish them here. In practice, most websites fall short of the minimum accessibility requirements and have never been audited.

Each deliverable above is a fixed-price milestone. We start with the audit; everything else only moves forward if the diagnosis justifies it.
FAQ
- Do I need to comply with the EAA if I don't sell across the whole EU?
- It depends on what you offer, not how much of the EU you reach — even one EU country's consumers can put you in scope if you offer e-commerce or other covered digital services. Exception: microenterprises (<10 employees, ≤€2M) are exempt for services — consult a lawyer for your specific case.
- Is this legal advice?
- No. We're engineering: we audit and remediate code and content. For legal questions, consult a specialized lawyer.
- How long does an audit take?
- It depends on the size of the site. We give you a fixed timeline after a brief initial review.
- We already use an accessibility auditing tool — why do I need you?
- A tool tells you what's broken and helps you track it. It doesn't write the code that fixes it. If your team doesn't have WCAG expertise, those tickets just sit open — we do the part the tool can't: the actual, verified fix.
