What data we collect

Only through the contact form: name, email, company (optional), what you want to modernize, and the message you write. We don't use user accounts or collect browsing data.

What we use it for

Solely to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6.1.b (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA), which processes submissions as part of the site's technical operation. We don't currently use any third-party email delivery provider — messages are only logged in server logs. This policy will be updated once a real email provider is integrated. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Only as long as strictly necessary to respond to your inquiry, and no longer than 12 months from submission unless the law requires a different period.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't use cookies or third-party analytics or tracking tools. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it before any are enabled.

International transfers

Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) is based in the USA and may process data outside the European Economic Area as part of the service's standard technical infrastructure.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability by writing to contact@aepm-labs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe we haven't handled your data properly.

We may update this policy if how we handle your data changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
